Can I take the vehicle abroad?
Customers can take our vehicles abroad. The vehicle must, however, have all the relevant European cover and documentation all of which can be obtained from us and customers should contact us for a quote. Please note certain countries are exclude from the cover.

Do you deliver and collect?
We can deliver and collect vehicles at no additional cost on all hires over 5 days.

Is there a charge for "one way hires"?
There is a £55 charge for all one way hires

Do you offer unlimited mileage?
We do offer unlimited mileage on all our vehicles.

Do you provide child seats?
One off charge of £20.00

Are you open on sundays and bank holidays?
We are able to take collection of vehicles on Sundays but we are not open for deliveries. We do not operate at all on bank holidays.

How do I collect and return cars to the airport?
Our procedures for airport deliveries and collections vary depending on the location. Please contact us for more details

Are there any cleaning charges?
We do not normally impose a cleaning charge for vehicles hired. There may be certain circumstances where we would request an additional fee. For instance hires where customers will be carrying dogs may be subject to an additional charge. If in doubt you should check with the branch delivering the vehicle.

How old are your vehicles?
All our vehicles are two years old or less and all are serviced every ten thousand miles.

Do your vehicles come with breakdown cover?
All our vehicles come with full breakdown cover which is supplied by either the AA or the RAC.

Branch opening hours

Branch opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday - 08.00 to18.00
Saturday - 08.00 to 16.00
Sunday - 10.00 to 16.00

For hires beginning or ending outside these times there is an additional charge of £25.00

Is there a charge for additional drivers?
A one off charge of £20.00.

Is there a minimun hire period?
Over weekend there is a minimum rental period of 3 days.

What are you Terms & Conditions ?

Miminum age for hire = 25

Fuel condition: Car when picked up has a full tank. It must be returned as same.

Additional named drivers £5 each

Mileages 1-3 days - 250 miles per day equivalent (ask for rates for mileage over these limits - these vary according to type of vehicle) 4 days and more - unlimited mileage

Charges over and above the allowance as follows: Groups 1-2, £0.04 per mile. Groups 3-6, £0.07 per mile. Groups 7-10, £0.10 per mile.

Insurance Excess: The hirer is liable for the first £250 of any damage (under 23's this is increased to £550) - your credit card will be used to guarantee this.

23 or over - saloon or estate £100
23 or over - People carrier £250
21 and 22 years - £550

Baby seats: Baby seats may be requested and are supplied free of charge.

Insurance Requirements: Overseas visitors must have a valid drivers licence or International Licence and this must be accompanied by a passport. British licences must have been held for at least 1 year. The licence should be a clean record with certain minor endorsements accepted.

Between the ages of 23 and 25 you may only drive cars in groups 1 to 3.

Airport out-of-hours drop-offs : £35.

One-way drop-offs : £15.

Parking Tickets: These are the hirer's liability and any fines incurred will be charged to your credit card.

Cancelations: Less than 72 hours prior to car rental, 1 day's rental will be charged.

Overseas visitors: Please remember to bring your passport when picking up car.
